Orders that are in stock and complete typically ship the same or the next business day.  generally speaking, delivery is anywhere from 1-2 days in Ontario to 4-5 days to the East/West coast and 3-7 days to USA after the order is shipped.

We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Ontario using a simple flat rate based on location, with free shipping available to most destinations in Canada and USA.  Our primary courier is UPS.  For areas outside of the UPS service area or where another carrier is better suited due to a PO box address, location or cost, we will choose the most appropriate courier for your destination.  Our checkout page will indicate shipping cost once you enter your address and before submitting any payment.

Unopened new products returned within 31/60 days from the billing date will receive full credit for  the product. If you suspect a product is defective, please submit a support request. We will help you solve the problem. You may be asked to contact the manufacturer for final troubleshooting. If the product is found to be defective at this point within 30 days of billing, it can be returned or exchanged at our expense, including shipping.  The final decision regarding the status and handling of 
errors is at the discretion of Evergreenly and the product manufacturer. Products that are installed, used, damaged, modified or damaged are non-returnable and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
